At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact; please note that assembled custom skateboards cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to the shop using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 3-5 business days.
